Within the Sai Organisation, a Young Adult is someone aged 16 to 35 years of age.

Young Adult programs are being established to encourage young adults to lead purposeful lives by learning and practicing spiritual values as defined and established by the life, message, and works of Sathya Sai Baba. Young Adult programs are intended to enhance, not interfere with, harmony and understanding in family relationships and within the Sai Organization. The programs provide forums for Young Adults of like mind to meet and to discuss issues in leading spiritual lives in today's world.

I just want your love, love and love ...

Sathya Sai Baba says, “A mind turned inwards towards an inner vision of God and speech and actions turned towards outer vision, both will promote spiritual strength and success.”

Sai Young Adults have set goals to feel and experience Sai's love in all by not only living with God but living FOR God

Focussing on Swami's statement above leads to sadhana with both an inner and outer focus - inner vision (internal sadhana) and outer vision (reaching the community).

Outer vision project

There is a great need for us to reach the community at large and young adults are the best to acheive it. This project will be a multi faith, multi cultural effort to embrace, intergrate with all other faiths to promote global harmony and peace. The idea is to work with councils, communities, universities etc.

Inner vision project

This project is called Love@work (L@W) Swami in his recent interview to the Australian youths said 'I just want your love, love and love ... He stressed that love is the panacea for all ills.

Last year we launched a values program which iterated practice of unconditional love by choosing a member of our family. This was extended to our workplaces. More than 60% of our time is spent at work. We choose to implement Love@Work and giving our best at work. The Divine presence and His love can exist in any place of work.

Love is My biggest property. I am giving My love and receiving your love in return. I often tell the students, "Give Me your love, I will give you whatever you want." That is why the students have such intense love for Me. Develop love more and more. Love your parents. Obey their command. Your lives will certainly be sanctified. Think of God always.
