Summary of Process for Sai Centres
Each centre will be responsible for scheduling a recipe book workshop. Guidelines on how the workshop should be conducted will be forwarded shortly. The aim of the workshop is to create a recipe based on a recipe category that has been allocated to your centre by the zone coordinator. Examples of recipe categories include:
- Soups
- Main Vegetable Dishes
- Rice Dishes and Pasta Dishes
- Salads
- Savories
- Breads
- Accompaniments: Dips, Chutneys, Dressings
- Desserts and Cakes
- Drinks
The recipes created by each centre will then be forwarded to the Editing and Publishing Committee (EPC). The EPC will then distribute these books to each centre across Australia so they may be utilised by Sai Devotees.
Anyone with original health family recipes please feel free to send it to the EPC, sairecipes108 [at] hotmail.com by 24th July.
We are seeking a volunteer who is a Nutritionist or Dietician to assess the nutritional value of the recipes submitted. If you are interested in this role please contact the Ladies Wing Coordinator via our contact page.
This is a fantastic opportunity for all the ladies of Australia to offer a part of themselves, their wisdom and culinary secrets, as a gift to Swami. Let your love flow through in this very worthy project.
